Michael W.R. Davis will present a program relating to his new book about area automotive test tracks and proving grounds.
In the 1920s, major auto makers finally moved their testing of new vehicles and drive trains from public thoroughfares like

decades because of the secrets they held. This book goes behind the walls of these facilities to show how they evolved and
what took place inside.
